A few Saturdays ago, my husband had a flat tire on Cypress Rosehill while on his way to take our son to his baseball camp. They were pulled over into the median and attempting to remove the spare tire when Dustin pulled up and offered his assistance. We didn’t call for help; he simply happened to be driving by and kindly helped them out of the goodness of his heart. We are incredibly grateful for his generosity and kindness. We will definitely be calling them if we ever do need a tow.

I just wanted to reach out about one of your drivers - I didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman kinda looks like Hulk Hogan.( I was later told his name is Robert) My teenage son got into a minor fender bender and he stopped to help us and talked to my son and I and kept us calm in a stressful situation, the other driver was very rude and uncooperative, refused to steer clear or exchange information held us hostage for an hour waiting for the police that she claimed she called but turns out she never did. Kept the momma bear in me at bay until my husband arrived and for that I’m immensely grateful! Please thank him for me and if we ever need a tow we know who to call!

CNR Towing truly came to our rescue today. After being turned away by two other companies, they stepped in and got the job done. Dustin not only pushed our dually out of the parking spot and positioned it for loading, but he also prioritized our family's safety. We were under a tornado warning, with two tornadoes forming while we were on our way to the shop. He took the time to jump out of his truck to inform me about the situation and instructed me to follow him, ensuring that he wouldn’t lead us into danger. Thank you, Dustin, for going above and beyond! We really appreciate your help!

Fast, effective, very kind

Dustin the tow truck driver was very pleasant and helpful. Our fully loaded 26 ft. Uhaul truck with a car carrier was stuck in the mud and he came within 30 mins to lift it from the mud onto the road. This reduced our stress level since the crew to unload the truck was already at the house waiting for us. I highly recommend CNR towing and recovery. Thanks Dustin for coming to our rescue.
